Skills, strength, & Injury prevention
The Player Development & Training program provides additional opportunities for players to receive coaching and development from a variety of instructors in a small group format.
Training sessions are announced throughout the year that cover a variety of skills as well as sports performance & injury prevention.
Spots are open for the Summer Season
It only takes 2 simple steps:
1. Reserve your spot. Sign up for a time slot in Playmetrics (use Volunteer Signups)
2. Purchase a PUNCH CARD (from the Playmetrics program menu)
HOW DO I PAY FOR SESSIONS:
Punch cards are sold for 1, 5, or 10 sessions. You can purchase punch cards by going to Club Programs and selecting Player Development & Training Summer 2026.
*If you sign up for a PDT session but your player is unable to attend, please update your sign-up so the session does not go against your count.
**Sign-up is considered closed 3 hours prior to the start of a session.**

PLAYER DEVELOPMENT & TRAINING
BOYS & GIRLS (U10-U15)
TRAINING FOR THE MOTIVATED PLAYER. We are happy to again bring together a dedicated lineup of coaches to train U10 to U15 players from all programs and ability levels. Players register as individuals and sign up for available slots in Playmetrics.
Small groups are limited to a maximum of 6 players per session and cover a variety of different skills. Some sessions are "on the ball" and others are "off the ball" depending on the format and trainer.

LUFC PERFORMANCE PROGRAM
High School BOYS (U15-U19)
Spring 2026
Join Yoshi Ono, athletic trainer for Aurora Sports Health and the United States Men's National Team, for a fall training program dedicated to sports performance and injury prevention.
This unique program is available for current Lakeshore United FC High School players looking to improve their speed, strength, & power on the pitch with 10 interactive training sessions.
Players should plan to attend as many sessions as possible to maximize the benefits of this specific training.
This program is only open to LUFC Boys currently registered to a Lakeshore United FC Select Team. LIMIT 15 PLAYERS.
